Royal Oman Police (ROP) officials in Dhofar Governorate have confirmed the recovery of the body of a female expatriate resident after a four-day search operation in Hasik.
In a statement issued online, ROP authorities stated that search efforts were carried out in cooperation with Water Rescue Teams from the Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA), and the Royal Oman Air Force.
The victim, who was a Vietnamese expatriate, was found deceased at sea after reports of a drowning in the Ras Nus area of Hasik were received, the ROP statement concluded.
