Oman: Three more COVID-19 casualties recorded Sunday, death toll now 131

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has indicated that the number of COVID-19 deaths in the Sultanate has risen by 3 new fatalities.

Today [Sunday, June 21], in its daily statement announcing the registration of new COVID-19 cases in Oman, the MoH also noted that the number of COVID-19-related deaths now stands at 131. 

As of today, 905 new cases of the novel coronavirus have been registered by health authorities, bringing the overall total in the country to 29,471, with 15,552 recoveries also recorded.

The MoH has also confirmed that 396 patients with COVID-19 are currently admitted to hospital in Oman, with 101 of those patients in intensive care.
