Oman’s Department of Blood Bank Services (DBBS) has issued an urgent call for donations of all blood types.
In a statement issued online today [Monday, July 20], the DBBS appealed to the public based on a shortage of blood units, and have encouraged people to book an appointment to donate at the Central Blood Bank in Bausher via the contact details in the Tweet below.
Timings for appointments are 8:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. Sat-Thurs, and 3:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. on Fridays.
