Merge 104.8 | 11 June 2020
Merge 104.8 is thrilled to launch Heroes of Oman — a new series where we share the stories of those giving back to help our communities during COVID-19.
In our first episode, we’re introducing you to Suhail Khan, whose volunteer work with the Indian Social Club and Embassy sees he and his team make sure that food parcels are reaching those in need.
During Ramadan, Suhail also went the extra mile to ensure that a COVID-19 patient’s remains could be cremated according to religious rites when the deceased’s loved ones could not attend themselves.
To all the heroes out there working tirelessly and making our community a better place during COVID-19, we salute you!
Are you a frontline healthcare worker, volunteer, SME/entrepreneur, or community member who’s giving back to help others for the good of our nation?
We want to hear from you – or, have you nominate someone you know who is! They could be featured in our next Heroes of Oman episode! Reach out to us via DM @merge1048 on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
