COVID-19: Oman records 3 more deaths Saturday, total fatalities now 128

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has indicated that the number of COVID-19 deaths in the Sultanate has risen by 3 new fatalities.

Today [Saturday, June 20], in its daily statement announcing the registration of new COVID-19 cases in Oman, the MoH also noted that the number of COVID-19-related deaths now stands at 128. 

As of today, 896 new cases of the novel coronavirus have been registered by health authorities, bringing the overall total in the country to 28,566, with 14,780 recoveries also recorded.

The MoH has also confirmed that 411 patients with COVID-19 are currently admitted to hospital in Oman, with 99 of those patients in intensive care.
