COVID-19: Oman Air announces special flight to Pakistan

As more expats wishing to return home amid the COVID-19 pandemic seek available repatriation flights, the Sultanate’s commercial carriers continue to announce select special departures.

In a statement issued online today [Tuesday, July 7], Oman Air has announced that it will operate a special round-trip flight from Muscat to Karachi, Pakistan scheduled to depart this Thursday [July 9].

The announcement comes on the heels of flights to London and Frankfurt, Germany, scheduled for takeoff on July 10 and 12 respectively.

On Sunday [July 5], the airline also operated an additional flight to Frankfurt, while two departures for Tunisia are scheduled for today and on Friday, June 10, along with four flights to Egypt scheduled between July 7 and 13.

Travelers wishing to avail a seat on Thursday’s flight to Karachi are advised to contact Oman Air directly at the contact details in the Tweet below.
