#BREAKING: A 34-year-old resident with COVID-19 marks Oman’s 27th fatality

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the death of a 34-year-old resident who has succumbed to complications resulting from the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.

In a statement issued online this afternoon [Tuesday, May 19], the MoH confirmed that the COVID-19 death toll in the country now stands at 27.

The Ministry has offered its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.
