#BREAKING: 786 new cases of COVID-19 registered in Oman, total now 12,223

Oman’s Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the registration of 786 new cases of COVID-19 novel coronavirus in the Sultanate.

In a statement issued online today [Monday, June 1], the MoH has confirmed that the total number of cases in the country now stands at 12,223.

Of the 786 number of cases announced today, 298 are among Omani nationals and 488 are among non-Omani residents. The Ministry has also confirmed that the total number of COVID-19 recoveries in Oman has risen to 2,682, with 50 deaths recorded thus far.
