The car company BYD has just created a historic milestone with it’s latest model. The Yangwang U9 Xtreme is now officially the fastest car in the world. It’s an electric hypercar that can reach 496 km/h, surpassing the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport’s 490 km/h record. The new U9 Xtreme has four electric motors, advanced suspension, and semi-slick tires for stability.
The parent company of Facebook and Instagram, Meta, have just launched a new feed just for AI videos. It’s called “Vibes” from meta.ai and with it you will be able to watch only AI generated videos as well as create and share your own videos. The app will also have it’s own algorithm that learns your preferences similar to Instagram.
China has just introduced smart machines in some public restrooms that now require users to scan a QR code and watch an ad before dispensing a fixed amount of tissue paper. If you don’t want to wait you can bypass the ad by paying a small fee. It’s a move that has drawn heavy criticism after related videos surfaced online.
