Taylor Swift has picked up 11 nominations for this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, making her the second-most nominated artist. She’s up for major prizes including Artist and Video of the Year, with several nominations for “The Fate of Ophelia.” Just one win would make Taylor the most-awarded artist in VMA history, adding to her record haul of trophies.
Samsung is reportedly bringing forward the launch of its Galaxy Z Trifold 2, despite disappointing sales of its predecessor. The move is believed to be a direct response to Apple’s upcoming iPhone Duo, as Samsung looks to strengthen its position in the growing foldable-phone market. The new Trifold is expected to feature a larger display that folds into a more compact design.
Jennifer Aniston says knowing people still turn to Friends for comfort during difficult times is the biggest legacy of the show. Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, she called making the series “pure joy” but ruled out a reunion or reboot, saying it would be impossible without Matthew Perry. Friends has been streamed for more than 100 billion minutes on Netflix since 2020.
