Excessive screen time has been associated with reduced productivity, impulse buying, and overspending. On average, we spend 5 hours and 16 minutes per day on our phones—while Gen Z averages more than six hours daily. Every hour spent scrolling is an hour not spent earning, building, learning, or investing.
