IMDb has named James Gunn’s Superman the most popular film of 2025, citing titles audiences “couldn’t stop watching, Googling, and talking about” this year. The list also includes the mystery-horror film Weapons, starring Josh Brolin and Julia Garner, along with Brad Pitt’s racing drama F1, Jurassic World: Rebirth, and Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning.

Its popularity is thanks to constant plays across multiple platforms—especially radio and streaming, where it remains the most-streamed holiday song of all time and continues to break global records annually.
