Apple has confirmed that Tim Cook will transition out of the CEO role on September 1, but will remain as Executive Chairman. He will be replaced by Apple’s current hardware chief, John Ternus, who is seen as a key internal successor after years of leading major product development.
Madonna is coming back with new music. She has announced that her next album will be a sequel to Confessions on a Dance Floor, which was released in 2005. She has also unveiled the first taste of it with a 60-second video for a song called I Feel So Free. Posters advertising the new album have already begun to appear in cities around the world.
Despite struggling sales, it has been claimed that the iPhone Air will receive at least two generations. Sales of the iPhone Air have reportedly been low since it launched last year, with some saying there was “virtually no demand” for the device. Apple is now considering a redesign of the iPhone Air to add a second rear camera, addressing one of the main criticisms of the current model.
