A life jacket worn by a survivor of the Titanic has just sold at an auction in the UK. According to the auction house’s description, the beige life jacket is “one of the most iconic” items ever to be sold from the Titanic. The artifact sold for the equivalent of 348,000 OMR.
It might sound like an April Fool’s joke, but a carmaker in China has designed a toilet concealed beneath a sliding car seat that can be operated using voice commands. They say it is intended to “satisfy users’ toilet needs on long journeys, while camping, or while living in the car.” It’s unclear whether any will be produced.
Last year it was announced that former One Direction bandmates Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik would be filming a three-part documentary showing them embarking on a road trip across America. However, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen after all. As a result of a recent conflict between the pair, it was understood that Netflix has decided to cancel the project.
