Celebrities around the world are teaming up to reread Harry Potter. Spotify have announced that a new chapter of the first Harry Potter book will be released every week on its channels, read by a different actor with David Beckham being one of them. Dakota Fanning will also lend her voice to the project as part of the ongoing Harry Potter at Home. Eddie Redmayne, who is well known for playing Newt Scamander in J.K. Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts series has just completed chapter three.
Billie Eilish and her parents have been granted a temporary restraining order from a fan who she says recently got a little too close. According to police records, a man was arrested last week for trespassing on her parents property. In legal documents, Billie alleged that he visited her house multiple times and displayed “erratic behavior” . Like many celebrities today, Billie is following social distancing and stay at home orders. She is also staying in touch with fans with special at-home performances.
Movie star Anthony Hopkins has joined TikTok to challenge Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone to a dance battle. The latest viral challenge is Drake’s Tootsie Slide which everybody around the world appears to be performing. Actors and other performers have taken to social media to perform for their fans during the pandemic, but it remains to be seen how Stallone and Schwarzenegger will react.
