Hai Al Naseem in Barka, Oman, is taking a major step towards becoming a leading family destination with the announcement of the country’s first GEMS school, scheduled to open in September 2027.
The school will be located within Phase Three, a 100% freehold community offering lifetime residency, giving families access to international education within walking distance of their homes.
Developed by Adrak Developers in partnership with GEMS School Management, the purpose-built campus will offer an international curriculum from Foundation Stage to Year 13, with capacity for approximately 1,600 students by 2035.
GEMS brings more than 65 years of educational expertise to Oman. The partnership strengthens Hai Al Naseem’s appeal by combining home ownership, education and community amenities in one development, while supporting Oman Vision 2040 and the growth of Barka.
