The prize offered is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The decision made by Oman Air in respect to the winners is final.
2. This ticket validity is one year from the issuance date.
3. Voucher should be consumed with-in 3 months from issuance date.
4. Tickets are not valid on any of Oman Air’s code share airlines.
5. Tickets will not qualify for Sindbad miles or flight upgrade rewards.
6. Rerouting and rebooking of tickets is permeated incase the flight is effected due to schedule change or due to COVID19 restriction.
7. If incase the voucher is issued for a specific destination and that destination is effected due to COVID19 lockdown then the voucher can be reissued to another Oman Air destination.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
9. Visa arrangements or other government charges are not included in the prize.
10. Travel insure and other COVID19 related cost are not covered under this voucher.
11. Seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
12. Flight reservations and travel is not permitted during the following blackout dates: Eid Al Fitr 07 May 2021 – 11 May 2021, Summer peak 01 July 2021 – 09 September 2021, Christmas 12 December 2020 – 19 January 2021 & New Year 12 December 2020 – 19 January 2021
