Sayyid Aymen bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Chairman of Voltamp Energy SAOG, and Saleh Al-Amri, CEO of the GCC Lab, signed an agreement between Voltamp Energy and the GCC Lab to establish a center for transformer rehabilitation.
The establishment of the center represents an important step toward enhancing the reliability of the energy sector and promoting sustainability practices. The new center will employ the latest technologies and innovative methods in the repair and improvement of transformer systems.
The signing took place in the presence of the Saudi Minister of Energy, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, the Omani Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion. This occurred during the Energy Localization Forum held in Riyadh, which was organized under the theme “Empowering Localization for Energy Supplies,” taking place from October 23 to 24, 2024.
