Vodafone Oman held a ceremony at the Royal Opera House yesterday, to mark its official launch in the Sultanate. The launch ceremony was attended by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said.
The company had started its trial operations in December of last year, and during the opening the CEO said that it witnessed promising results during a record period.
The CEO also said that launching Vodafone in Oman, which is one of the world’s biggest brands, will bring mark a revolution in the country’s technology sector.
