Snitch is the story of a father who goes undercover to help convict a drug dealer and save his son. One of the reasons why it has become popular again is because recently added movies to Netflix get an immediate bump in viewership from subscribers looking for what’s new.
Scientists in the US think they finally have a solution for jet-lag – and say it’s all about what and when you eat. According to their study, having a single, larger meal in the early morning for three days after landing can get rid of jet-lag, although the older you get the less likely it is to work. The experts agree taking a walk in the sunshine with plenty of fresh air is another good tip.
