A pair of extremely rare Apple branded sneakers have gone up for sale for $50,000. The shoes feature the vintage Apple rainbow logo, which was adopted in 1977 to celebrate the launch of their first computer to support colours. The Auctioneer describes the sneakers as among “the most obscure in existence”.
Brad Pitt has halted production on his new Formula 1 movie in support of the US actors’ and writers’ strike. Production has now ground to a halt as Brad says he “very much stands” alongside his fellow actor union members. The actors’ strike comes after the union failed to reach an agreement on pay and the use of artificial intelligence.
Airline passengers were offered KFC on their flight recently after British Airways was unable to provide an in-flight meal. There were issues with the catering service so a member of the cabin crew ran to KFC inside the terminal before the 12 hour flight from the Caribbean departed. Some passengers, however, criticised the airline saying there was only one piece of chicken per person.
