A Japanese man has travelled across Japan to create a unique marriage proposal. Carrying a GPS, he covered more than 7,163 km. When he got home, he downloaded the data into Google maps, and the result was an image that said “Marry me.” It has now been certified as the world’s largest GPS drawing.
A study on the growth of dementia has led scientists to believe that cases will triple by the year 2050. The total expected cases of dementia in 2050 is 153 million, up 93 million from its current rate. The areas of the world expected to see the highest increases in dementia cases include North Africa, sub-Saharan-Africa and the Middle East.
One of the participants of a new reality TV show has reportedly quit after less than 30 minutes of filming. It’s called Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins which is an incredibly mentally and physically challenging television show. They had been filming in New Zealand where producers said the star found it too tough to continue.
