Local residents in Malham, North Yorkshire have complained about littering, crowds, and poor attitudes from Harry Potter tourists. The village only became important after Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 was released as it stands out as a beautiful location that couldn’t be recreated by a set.
New statistics out today show that people who eat the most mass-produced foods are 24% more likely to suffer a heart attack and stroke. A seperate study found that they are also 39% more likely to develop high blood pressure. Campaigners say the research provides the strongest evidence yet that eating too many ultra-processed foods is deadly.
Scientists say they are shocked by detailed dinosaur footprints recently found covering a cliff in Alaska. Researchers have discovered that the face of the cliff is covered in the fossilized footprints of dozens of dinosaurs. 70 million years ago, the rock was muddy sediment that likely surrounded a watering hole. They say this likely explains the diverse array of dinosaur prints in the cliff face.
