A vintage toy Batmobile has just sold for a record-breaking $150,000. Made in 1966 by a company in Japan, it fetched ten times its estimate thanks to a bidding war. The auctioneer believes that the six-figure price for the toy was exceptional, as it is possible that no other example in that condition with the original box exists.
One of the biggest pop stars on the planet has new music on the way. Ed Sheeran has announced the name and release date of his seventh album. Called ‘Autumn Variations’, the album will be released at the end of next month. The new album will consist of 14 tracks and is available to pre-order and pre-save now.
Apple is advising iPhone users to avoid sleeping near charging devices for safety reasons in their recent safety manual update. They recommend ensuring the phone isn’t under pillows or blankets when connected to power. Apple is also reminding users to stick with its standard chargers and advises against prolonged skin contact with charging components.
