The Sultanate and Tanzania Signed Agreements to Launch Joint Investment Fund and Avoid Double Taxation

The Sultanate and Tanzanian decided to launch a joint investment fund, to finance joint projects in several fields, including agriculture, mining and fisheries.

Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also announced that the two nations signed an agreement, on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion on income.

These decisions come as part of Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s three-day official visit to Oman.
