The First Chapter of Al Thuraya

Tathmer Real Estate Company launched the first building of the “First Thuraya Seasons”, through the launch of the first residential building within the sixth district of Al Thuraya City during its participation in the real estate exhibition held at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre during the period from 10 to 13 May, in a move that marks the beginning of the first phase of the development of the neighbourhood, and reveals the features of the urban orientation of the project in terms of residential diversity, services and integrated planning.

This offer is the first real starting point for the sixth district, which is being developed through Tathmeer Real Estate Company in cooperation with F&M Middle East Engineering Consultancy, where the project provides a clear model of the nature of the planned planning adopted at this stage, and reflects a design direction targeting multiple lifestyles within an integrated residential environment.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tathmeer Real Estate Company, Abdulrahim bin Mohammed Al-Kharousi, added that the city of Thuraya represents an integrated city that combines residential, commercial and service uses within a modern urban environment aimed at providing a balanced and integrated lifestyle.

He explained that the project currently underway consists of a building with an area of about 40 thousand square meters, and includes more than 250 diverse apartments, in addition to multiple elements, including gardens, bicycle paths, boulevards, offices, and open spaces, providing an integrated environment that meets the various needs of daily life.

He also pointed out that the launch of the “first chapters of the chandelier” is not limited to the announcement of the project only, but coincides with the start of actual implementation on the ground, pointing out that the infrastructure and drilling work for the first building has already begun, within a gradual development plan aimed at implementing the project according to a clear timetable.

Implementation and delivery schedule

According to the announced schedule, construction will begin two years after the offering, with delivery to be completed two years after the start of construction work, as part of a clear implementation plan based on specific and deliberate phases of time.

The company also explained that the basic development work has already begun, including excavation, street equipment, and infrastructure, with the bases to be poured before the beginning of 2027, with project delivery expected before the end of 2029.
