A six-year-old girl from China has broken the women’s Rubik’s Cube world record twice in just three days. She first posted an average time of 4.52 seconds, before improving that to 4.27 seconds. She has reportedly mastered more than 1,300 solving algorithms after training for two to three hours a day over the past year.
Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower has reached 113 floors and 454 metres. Due for completion in 2028, it’s designed to exceed one thousand metres — overtaking Dubai’s Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest building. The tower will feature homes, offices, shops, a luxury hotel and an observation deck.
Get well soon to Lionel Richie who has been hospitalised for a third time in recent months while being treated for an irregular heartbeat. The 77-year-old singer underwent a common procedure and is now taking time off. His latest hospital stay follows an intensive care admission in August, with another health scare reported in June.
