Breaking Bad has been named the best TV show of the 21st century by The New York Times. More than 500 actors, writers, producers and TV industry figures voted in the ranking, which celebrates the shows that have had the biggest impact since 2000. Other top picks include The Office, Game of Thrones, Succession, Fleabag, Mad Men and Better Call Saul.
Robert Pattinson’s return as Batman has been delayed, with The Batman: Part II now due in cinemas February 2028. He reprises his role as Bruce Wayne, with director Matt Reeves returning for the sequel. The extra time will allow the team to further develop the next chapter of the story.
Olivia Dean is facing a copyright lawsuit in California over claims that her song I’ve Seen It copies elements of Bill Withers’ 1981 classic Just The Two of Us. Publishers representing Withers’ catalogue say the songs share striking musical similarities that could not be coincidental. The publishers claim they notified her record label of the potential infringement in August, but the music wasn’t pulled from distribution.
