According to a new study, walking just 4,000 steps a day could significantly improve your health. Data was analysed from over 13,000 women over the age of 62, revealing that walking 4,000 steps at a comfortable but steady pace once or twice a week reduced the risk of heart disease by 27%. Those who walked more frequently saw up to a 40% reduction in the risk of early death.
Quentin Tarantino is returning to acting for his biggest role in nearly three decades. Scientists have issued a warning that the increase in commercial rocket launches is damaging Earth’s recovering ozone layer. Launches have more than doubled since 2019, leaving chlorine from solid propellants, metallic particles, and black-carbon soot in the stratosphere. They also added that satellite re-entries release nitrogen oxides and metallic dust, further amplifying the effects of ozone depletion.
