Taylor Swift is seeking to trademark her voice and image to prevent AI copycats. She has filed three applications, including sound marks for “Hey, it’s Taylor Swift” and “Hey, it’s Taylor,” reinforcing that her likeness belongs to her—not AI. In theory, she could argue in a lawsuit that any use of her voice resembling the registered trademarks, or AI-generated images of her, violates her rights.
