Mariah Carey has hinted about releasing an alternative rock album that was considered lost. She recorded it in 1995 but the vocal session went missing, so replacement vocals from one of her friends was used. But now the original copy has been discovered. The album is called Someone’s Ugly Daughter and Mariah says she has plans to release it to the public.
The original American Idol gang reunited recently to celebrate Kelly Clarkson’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She was honoured on Monday and was joined by Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson. Kelly was crowned winner of the show in 2002 and since winning the show has had a successful music career.
The new Steven Spielberg’s film, The Fabelmans, has won a top award at the Toronto International Film Festival. The movie is about the childhood of Sammy Fabelman growing up in post-World War II era Arizona, who discovers the power of cinema following the uncovering of a family secret.
