Netflix have announced a new, cheaper plan that will come with ads. Launching shortly, the plan will cost $7 with users receiving 4-5 minutes of commercials every hour. Basic with Ads will launch first in Australia on 3rd November as Netflix hopes to recoup its first subscriber losses in more than 10 years.
Some were saying it’s the end of an era, but the Cartoon Network has released a statement after rumours circulated saying they were closing down. The channel launched 30 years ago but recently there were rumours the channel was facing a major overhaul. The official Cartoon Network Twitter account responded to the rumours by saying they aren’t “dead” and that they are just celebrating “30 years.”
Eddie Murphy has agreed to pay former partner and Spice Girl Mel B more money in child support for their 15-year-old daughter. It means he will now pay an additional $10,000 each month and comes two years after Mel B initially filed papers. It has been claimed the request for additional financial assistance is down to a “change in income”.
