Michael Jackson’s estate and Sony Music Entertainment are working on an official documentary about his classic album Thriller. The film will feature a mix of previously-unseen footage and interviews and will be the third high-profile Michael Jackson documentary to be released in recent years.
It has been confirmed that a revival of Frasier starring Kelsey Grammer is going ahead. It was a spin-off of Cheers and launched in 1993. Later it went on to win dozens of awards and created a huge fan base. The new series will see Frasier surrounded by new characters with some of the original cast members potentially making guest appearances.
The costume used by actor Christopher Reeve as Superman from 1978 to 1987 is to be auctioned next month. Experts are predicting the costume could sell for up to $550,000. Other items being made available include the gloves worn by Darth Vader in Star Wars and a rare first-edition hardback copy of “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” from 2001.
