Vin Diesel has launched an appeal urging former co-star Dwayne Johnson to return to the Fast & Furious franchise for the upcoming 10th movie. The next instalment is scheduled to be released in 2023, but without Dwayne Johnson. But now Vin Diesel posted on Instagram, asking his “little brother” to return as agent Luke Hobbs for one last outing. The Rock hasn’t yet responded to the post.
Meanwhile, one of Paul Walker’s cars from the Fast and Furious franchise is going up for auction in January. One of the six Mitsubishi Eclipses that he drove throughout the first film will become available, and although it’s not known what it will sell for, previous cars from the franchise have sold for as high as $550,000.
The dress that Amy Winehouse wore for her final performance in 2011 a month before she died has sold at auction for $243,000. It went for 16 times its estimated value, as part of a trove of Amy’s personal belongings and memorabilia. Another item to go under the hammer was her heart-shaped Moschino bag that sold for more than $200,000. More than 800 items were available in an auction that raked in a whopping $4million.
