Twitter relaunched its blue tick verification program last week, but already they are pausing new registrations because of the number of applications already received. Any Twitter user was allowed to apply to receive the coveted blue check, so it’s not surprising they have been swamped with applications. The blue verified badge on Twitter lets people know that an account of public interest is authentic.

 

Britain’s Prince Harry has reportedly seen a big drop in popularity in both the UK and US following a number of TV interviews. One source is quoted as saying popularity polls for him and Meghan on both sides of the Atlantic are plummeting. As well as the recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, he made the big mistake a couple weeks back by questioning America’s First Amendment, which is about freedom of speech.

 

New spectacular photos of Planet Earth at night have appeared online. The pictures, on the official ISS Instagram page were taken by astronauts stationed up in space. The ISS orbits the Earth at an average altitude of approximately 402 kilometres and is used to learn more about living and working in space. Experts say that it might be possible to send humans farther into space than ever before.
