Fast & Furious 9 is already breaking box-office records after only being released in eight countries. The movie has been rolled out in a number of international markets, with Oman being one of them. Movie bosses are hoping this will entice audience’s back to the movies after a year of hardly any cinema experiences. Movie experts say the movie grossed $160 million over the three day weekend.

 

Netflix wants to hire an executive to oversee its expansion into video games. The move comes at a time when the video gaming industry has seen a surge in demand from gamers staying at home during the pandemic. Now Netflix wants to get into video games and has reportedly approached a number of veteran gaming industry executives for the job.

 

Virgin Galactic has made its first rocket-powered flight to the edge of space as a practice run. This is in preparation for tourist flights to the edge of the atmosphere which could start as early as next year. At least two more test flights are needed, and once they get the go ahead, they are planning 400 flights per year with return tickets starting at $400,000.
