Dua Lipa is the latest artist to face a copyright lawsuit over her song Levitating. Two songwriters claim that the opening melody is a “duplicate” of two of their songs from 1979 and 1980. Their lawsuit claims that the “signature melody” from the introduction to Levitating copied a similar portion of their songs.

 

After being named in a wrongful death lawsuit, Alec Baldwin claims he is being targeted because of his wealth. The lawsuit is regarding the accident that killed Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie Rust. As the investigation continues, it is unclear who exactly is at fault for the tragedy. He thinks it is unfair that he is at the centre of the controversy because of his wealth, instead of people who were actually responsible.

It goes on to say that Optimistic people had less negative moods and more positive moods compared to pessimists. However, one expert has said that being too positive can prevent you from reaching your goals, by making you become lazy or complacent.
