The organisation that represents the recorded music industry around the world, has announced Adele’s album 30 as the winner of the Global Album All Format Chart for 2021. Her long-awaited fourth studio album was released last month and marked a welcome return to music for Adele. Elsewhere on the global chart there were successes for Ed Sheeran and a first appearance for Olivia Rodrigo.
The new Batman movie has finally arrived and it showing across Oman from today. UK actor Robert Pattinson plays the Cape Crusader in a movie that has been in the works for the past nine years. The movie promises lots of gritty superhero action as well as it being a dark crime thriller.
This will be an expensive insurance claim. A cargo ship carrying thousands of expensive vehicles across the Atlantic Ocean has sunk. Nearly 4,000 cars from the Volkswagen Group were being transported to the USA when the ship started to take on water following a fire. 4,000 cars including luxury Bentleys and Lamborghinis have now been written off.
