Katy Perry is celebrating after winning her recent copyright lawsuit appeal for her 2013 song Dark Horse. The other day a federal appeals court said Katy and her team were not liable to an artist who claimed they copied her song from one of his songs. The judge said that he did not deserve damages for copyright infringement over a musical pattern he said Katy Perry borrowed.
