Katy Perry is celebrating after winning her recent copyright lawsuit appeal for her 2013 song Dark Horse. The other day a federal appeals court said Katy and her team were not liable to an artist who claimed they copied her song from one of his songs. The judge said that he did not deserve damages for copyright infringement over a musical pattern he said Katy Perry borrowed.
It’s been confirmed that the Spice Girls are set to reunite possibly with Victoria Beckham next year. They have reportedly been having secrets meetings about a world tour in 2023 and they believe Victoria will join the. This is despite not having performed with the group since 2012. Victoria has previously said that she had no interest in performing with them again, but now she appears to have changed her mind.
Apple has made more than $6billion by no longer providing chargers and earphones with its new iPhones. They said the move is to cut waste and could potentially reduce annual carbon emissions by two million tons, the equivalent of taking 500,000 cars off the road. However, Critics say customers have been hit in the pocket because taking away the accessories was not accompanied by a reduction in price.
