Netflix has been spotted running a trial of a new password-sharing policy in a number of countries. However, Latin American users have blasted their ‘confusing’ extra charges after they confirmed the new policy. Central and South America is one of the lowest earning regions for Netflix, making it vulnerable to price changes but represents a lower risk should the company lose subscribers after the trial.

 

WhatsApp is said to be working on a status reply indicator that users see when they receive replies to their status updates. The feature is currently under development but it is likely to be available to users on Android and iOS as well as desktop in the future. According to a report this will make it easier for users to know when their contacts have responded to a recent status update.

 

Jerry Bruckheimer, the producer of Top Gun: Maverick has said there might be plans for Top Gun 3, but they aren’t immediate. When the original movie out in 1986 there was no plan for there to be a sequel even though there were rumours for several years. If we use the same time difference between the first and second movie, a third movie won’t be out until 2058.
