New figures show that the recent release of Fast & Furious 9 has now taken more than now up to $600 million at the global box office. That figure is set to grow even further next week when the movie opens across India. Even though the takings are encouraging, movie experts have said cinemas are nowhere near “back to normal” when it comes to global recovery.
Pop star Pink has offered to pay the fines handed out to the Norwegian women’s beach handball team after they wore shorts instead of bikini bottoms. The team was fined 1,500 euros for “improper clothing” at the European Beach Handball Championships last week. They added that the shorts were “not according to the athlete uniform regulations”.
Comedian and actor Kevin Hart has revealed he was given an offer to go to space and explained the reason why he turned it down. He didn’t go into much detail about who was behind said offer, but he did explain that the project’s focus was to document a celebrity’s experience. He added that in light of his age, his children, and where he’s at in life, the venture simply did not seem worth it.
