Movie bosses have decided to re-shoot a number of key scenes in the new James Bond movie because 007’s technology is already out-of-date. They are hoping to save product placement deals from sponsors who are concerned their high-tech items have evolved over the one-year delay. As James Bond always carries the latest kit with him they will re-shoot the scenes in time for the delayed October launch.
TikTok has been permanently banned in India by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology according to reports. It was banned by the government in June 2020 along with 59 other apps, and now, sources say that the ban is now permanent because of the way data is being collected.
Sir Kenneth Branagh is to play British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in a TV drama about his handling of the coronavirus. Starting with his appointment as prime minister, it will be five-part drama and will recount the first Covid-19 cases in the UK, through to Boris Johnson falling ill with the virus, and the arrival of his son. The series will begin filming early this year and is expected to premiere towards the end of next year.
