Madonna’s biopic has been scrapped with the singer confirming the project is ‘no longer in development’ despite years of hard work. The upcoming biopic starring Julia Garner has been indefinitely shelved as Madonna prepares to go on a world tour. She was planning to direct the motion picture herself for Universal Pictures, and sources say she still wants to make the film at some point in the future, but is currently devoting her attention to her upcoming run of concerts.

 

Panic! At The Disco have announced the band will be “no more” at the end of its European tour. They made the surprise announcement in a statement to the band’s Instagram account. The group was first formed in 2004 and have since gone on to have worldwide success. Lead singer Brendan Urie revealed he now intends to focus his energy on his family instead, as his wife is expecting their first baby.

 

Justin Bieber has sold his music publishing and back catalogue for $200m. The sale has been rumoured for weeks and sees Justin join a long list of artists who have cashed out recently on their catalogues. He has sold all the rights to 291 songs he has released, or has an interest in, up until the end of 2021. This means he will now get one lump sum instead of music royalties.
