He posted a video in Instagram explaining his reasons of absence and why he hasn’t been engaged with his fans online. Now he is vowing to be more active.
The daytime show “Dr. Phil” is coming to an end after more than two decades. The program has held the #1or #2 spot in its genre for all 21 years it has been on the air and has received 31 Emmy nominations. Now he said he wants to focus on prime-time programming and plans to announce a strategic partnership, scheduled to launch next year.

They were married from 2005 until 2013 but split over allegations that he had been unfaithful to her. He has also aired his feelings about her explosive memoir from 2019 – detailing the pair’s messy marriage.
