Apple has issued an urgent warning to download the latest update to iOS 16 that fixes security flaws following hacking fears. It’s unclear how long the vulnerabilities have been affecting devices, as Apple says it ‘doesn’t disclose, discuss, or confirm security issues until an investigation has been carried out. The updated operating system is only available for the iPhone 8 and later models.
Elvis Presley’s private plane has just been sold at auction for $260,000, even though it has been left abandoned in the desert for almost 40 years. The exterior of the plane has been battered after nearly four decades sitting in the sun, but the passenger area appeared nearly as good as new. It’s not known what the new owner intends to do with it as it’s likely it will never fly again.
Work on the film Rust is resume in the spring – with Alec Baldwin producing and remaining in the starring role. Production was halted two years ago after cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot dead on the set. The movie will continue to use some of the same crew members but any use of working weapons and any form of ammunition is banned from the set.
