The hottest thing in music right now Lewis Capaldi has given out his mobile number on instagram! He posted a photo of his number to his 5.7 million followers, he didn’t caption the picture and turned comments off. When you call the number it goes straight to answer phone where he’s left a funny voice message plugging his new song Pointless. He ends the message saying ‘so go buy it now because my label is demanding yet another number one single!’
DJ David Guetta is insulted by the way people think DJ’ing is easy. He said in an interview even his kids say ‘come on Dad you just have to raise your hands for five minutes and you get paid for that’. He added that people need to understand what we see on socials is fake – they show up in a car that’s a rental and a plane that’s not theirs.
And finally, singer The Weeknd has raised $5 million to help fight global hunger. He presented a cheque to the World Food Programme following his After Hours til Dawn Tour concert in Los Angeles. He contributed $1 to the fund from each ticket sold for his North America stadium tour. Some of the money will go towards emergency food assistance for mothers and children in northern Ethiopia.
