It’s taken 26 years but Mariah Carey finally gets to number one in the UK with All I Want for Christmas is You. The song has been released every year since 1994 and the highest it ever got was number two. The song remains popular and earns Mariah more than $500,000 in royalties every year.
The director of Suicide Squad James Gunn has confirmed the final cut of the sequel is complete, eight months before its cinema release. The first Suicide Squad movie in 2016 wasn’t well-received critically but was a huge box office hit. The franchise will now have a bigger cast filled with new and familiar characters and more action. All that remains is finishing up visual effects, sound, and a few other minor tweaks.
