Ben Affleck’s new project is to star in Disney’s Houdini film based on the novel, The Secret Life of Houdini: The Making of America’s First Superhero. The new movie will chronicle the life and times of the acclaimed magician and escape artist. Movie bosses say that even though his involvement is exciting, he isn’t being considered to play the role of Houdini.

He defended himself by explaining that he hasn’t proposed yet because he doesn’t have the money for a wedding. The outcome of the court ruling – or the relationship – is unknown.
