Johnny Depp is making a return after winning his defamation trial against Amber Heard. He’ll be directing a movie for the first time in 25 years when he teams up with Al Pacino to direct a film about an Italian artist. It’s currently unclear whether Depp will star in the movie as well as direct it. Filming is set to being in Europe spring of 2023.
Idris Elba has reportedly walked away from several years of talks with James Bond bosses to take over the role of 007, despite being the favourite to replace Daniel Craig. According to sources, he wishes to pursue other roles and has suggested other actors that would make a good 007. He might be involved in the decision-making process as he has been in talks with producers for a long time.
The Wizard Of Oz is coming back! The classic 1939 movie is to be reworked by Warner Brothers. The original Wizard of Oz, starring Judy Garland, is ranked as one of the most influential and greatest movies of all time. It’s early yet and details of the new movie are not clear, but it will be several years until the yellow brick road gets a release date.
