Nintendo announced that the Super Mario Bros. movie will not be hitting theatres on December 21st, as previously planned. The new release date is in the spring of 2023 and Chris Pratt is expected to play Mario. Other cast members who have been confirmed include Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi and Jack Black as Bowser.  

 

The board of Twitter has agreed to sell the company to Elon Musk for a total of 44 billion dollars, at 54.2 dollars a share. Musk made this offer two weeks ago, but the firm had initially rebuffed his bid. The billionaire said Twitter has “tremendous potential” that he believes he can unlock, adding that one of his main aims is to ensure that the social media platform truly allows free speech.

 

Apple announced that its App Store and Apple Music services suffered some technical issues for several hours yesterday, saying that all users were affected. The problems have since been resolved, and the company did not go into detail about what the issues were, or what had caused them.
